Completion of the construction of a 4-star hotel complex in Argasi Zakynthos, consisting of three levels, with a total area of 2,500m2
The complex consists of 36 dynamic superior double rooms and 6 luxury suites, with common areas for reception and restaurants, swimming pools with a total area of 250m2, and innovations aimed at energy saving during operation, including solar hot water systems and a Photovoltaic Net Metering system. Metcon was responsible for the study, design, and construction of all of the above tasks. The project started on 20/12/2017 and was completed on 31/03/2018
